Just Rename and Lock your Folder

This is not about Locking but Converting a folder into System Component, so that you can convert you valuable and private folder to system component and no one can access such folder in normal way. After converting, your folder will work as converted system component. For example, if you convert your folder into My Computer, it will work as My Computer and others won’t be aware about this cheat. In this case even your Administrator can't access to your files.

Here are two ways you can do this   1.Using NotePad     2.Using Command Prompt.

Option 1. Open NotePad, write any one of these ren commands for example ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} and then save it as "lock.bat", in the same location where your folder which is being converting exists.

Now double click Lock.bat, you will see your folder converted into System Component (My Computer or Recycle bin or etc..)

To Unlock this Open another NotePad and write the same code which you written in lock.bat with little modification for example ren YourFolderName.{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} YourFolderName now save it as "key.bat" in teh same location where your folder exists and double click this.

In this case you can take away key.bat file with you..

Option 2. Open Command prompt, press "Windows key + R" and then write "cmd" and press Enter.

By default its like "C:\Users\UserName>" Change it to your folder location, suppose if your folder is in D:\ drive then press C:\Users\UserName>D: and press enter. else use 'cd' command to change directory(folder) location.

Now Starts the trick, Run any one of these commands

Convert folder into MY COMPUTER:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

Convert folder into RECYCLE BIN:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Convert folder into INTERNET EXPLORER:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}

Convert folder into FONTS:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Convert folder into NETWORK NEIGHBORHOOD:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{208D2C60-3AEA-1069-A2D7-O8002B30309D}

Convert folder into CONTROL PANEL:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Convert folder into MY BRIEFCASE:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{85BBD920-42AO-1069-A2E4-08002B30309D}

Convert folder into HISTORY:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{FF393560-C2A7-11CF-BFF4-444553540000}

Convert folder into PRINTER:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-O8002B0309D}

Convert folder into DAIL UP NETWORKING:

ren YourFolderName YourFolderName.{992CFFA0-F557-101A-88EC-00DD01CCC48}

To Unlock this its even Simple use the Same code which you used to convert your folder into System Component, suppose to convert back form My Computer to Normal Foler

ren YourFolderName.{992CFFA0-F557-101A-88EC-00DD01CCC48} YourFolderName
